Building Services Planner (m/f/d)
One of our Rocken partners is a company active in the field of building services engineering. Responsibilities:
You support the planning and realisation of heating and cooling systems for new buildings and renovations
You independently handle projects along the relevant SIA service phases
You develop technical concepts and create schematics for heating and cooling
You work out plans and 3D models in detail using Trimble Nova
You technically design system parts, pipelines and system components
You regularly coordinate with project participants from other disciplines and with external partners
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ heating or hold an equivalent qualification
You bring experience in the design and planning of heating and cooling systems according to SIA standards
You work confidently with Trimble Nova and master the common MS Office programmes
You combine technical know-how with a sense for sustainable and efficient solutions
