Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you hold a varied and responsible position within our HR team. You support and advise line managers as well as employees on all human resources matters and ensure comprehensive follow-up of the areas assigned to you throughout the employee lifecycle within the company.

• Ensure HR follow-up and advice for the various departments assigned to you on all human resources matters.
• Be the preferred contact for line managers and employees throughout their journey within the company.
• Manage recruitment processes and support the various stages of the employee journey, from onboarding to departure, including professional development.
• Ensure rigorous, professional personnel administration within deadlines.
• Provide support to the Head of Human Resources.
• Actively participate in HR projects and internal initiatives.
• Support the person responsible for initial vocational training in all HR matters related to apprentices.

Your Profile

You are a communicative person with an excellent sense of service and strong interpersonal skills. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, while demonstrating discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Requirements

• Completed commercial training, supplemented by a federal diploma as a human resources specialist.
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personnel management, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Excellent command of common Microsoft Office computer tools.

Language Skills

• Native French speaker with excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English.
