With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Lausanne, I am looking for:

Real Estate Accountant M/F

Tasks:

• Accounting supervision of one or several property management groups

• Preparation of interim and annual statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for buildings and owners

• Management and control of ancillary cost statements

• Execution of reversals, transitional entries in balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, debit corrections, in consultation with managers

• Support and advice to managers upon arrival of new mandates, including entry of the opening balance sheet

• Preparation of reports for owners

• Equalisation of EPS accounts and liaison accounts as well as financial accounting

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee

• Additional training as a specialist in real estate accounting SVIT, fiduciary or equivalent professional experience

• Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance/closings, preferably in real estate accounting

• Knowledge of tenancy law

• Experience in preparing balance sheets/profit and loss accounts

• Numerical aptitude, affinity for digital working methods and openness to change

• Knowledge of G-REM and its environment desired

• Native French speaker, knowledge of German is an asset

• Professionalism, reliability, team spirit and good stress resistance

• Independent, precise, reliable and results-oriented working style

• This position may also suit a person residing in Geneva and surroundings as there is the possibility of 2 days teleworking, 1 day in the Geneva offices and 2 days in Lausanne

• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
