Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a versatile specialist for the independent management of finance and accounting as well as personnel administration. You will take on central financial processes, support in closing accounts, and ensure professional personnel administration. The position offers a broad area of responsibility, direct interfaces with management, and flexible deployment options ranging from 60-100%.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payment transactions
Responsibility for monthly and annual closing tasks according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) including accruals and reconciliations
Preparation of financial reports, liquidity overviews, and business analyses
Independent management of personnel administration, contracts, changes, and social insurances
Coordination of payroll processing as well as control of payroll and personnel accounting
Support of management in budgeting, cost control, and financial decision-making
Further development and digitalisation of financial, personnel, and administrative processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with federal diploma (EFZ) with further training as Finance and Accounting Specialist with Federal Certificate or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as personnel administration
Sound knowledge in closing tasks according to OR, payroll administration, and social insurances
Very good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and digital administration tools
Very good German language skills spoken and written
