Mandate Manager Fiduciary (60-100%) (m/f/d)
The main activities of this ROCKEN partner include accounting, personnel administration, tax and business consulting, as well as active support in succession planning. The services of auditors and real estate fiduciary are offered through specialised partner companies.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a fiduciary company with over 30 employees and a location in Lyss, we are seeking an experienced individual as Mandate Manager Fiduciary (management level) by arrangement. You value personal contact with clients and independently organise your fiduciary mandates, managing the day-to-day business of SME mandates autonomously. You will be supported mandate-specifically by dedicated client advisors and clerks and have access to internal and external experts for complex issues.
Responsibilities:
You independently and autonomously manage the day-to-day business of SME mandates
You maintain personal contact with clients and organise your fiduciary mandates independently
You implement the possibilities of digitalisation and automation in daily business with foresight and commitment
You collaborate closely with internal and external experts on complex issues as needed
Qualifications:
You bring expertise as a fiduciary, ideally complemented by additional training in human resources or digital accounting
You are capable of independently and autonomously managing SME mandates
You show enthusiasm for digitalisation and automation in fiduciary daily business
Ideally, you are already networked in the economic triangle Bern-Solothurn-Biel
