Do you want more than just system operation? With us, you actively shape the further development of our time and performance recording system and accompany changes in modern HR and business processes from idea to implementation.

• Expertise in time and performance recording: Be the central contact person for our employees in the D-A-CH region, especially in Switzerland, for demanding questions regarding our application TEMPUS. You understand the needs of our users, advise the departments, and develop practical solutions together with them.
• Management and prioritisation of requirements: You collect requirements and optimisation requests from the business, analyse and prioritise them together with the relevant stakeholders, and translate them into clearly defined specifications for our DEVOPS queue.
• International project environment: Actively participate in the programme for the further development and rollout of TEMPUS throughout the D-A-CH region. You bring in the requirements of our users and work in an international environment with occasional travel within Europe.
• Technological advancement: Drive optimisations and new functionalities together with our developers, system engineers, and SAP consultants. You accompany requirements from conception through the testing phase with users to the successful introduction of new, future-proof solutions.
• Interface between business and IT: You act as a link between departments and development teams, translate business requirements into implementable system solutions, and ensure stable operation (2nd level support) as well as correct data integration into our SAP system landscape.

For a successful start, you ideally bring the following profile:

• Strong communication skills at the interface between business and IT
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position in the IT environment
• A service-oriented and independent working style with high personal responsibility
• Fluent German skills and basic knowledge of English
• A completed degree (HF/FH/Uni) in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Initial knowledge of HR processes is a plus
