Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect for the planning and execution of demanding building projects in the Zurich region. You will accompany diverse construction projects from project development through tendering and execution planning to realisation, working increasingly with digital building models and BIM. The project portfolio includes, among others, residential, service, tourism and infrastructure buildings and offers correspondingly broad constructive and planning tasks. The position is suitable for architects with initial Swiss professional experience who wish to specifically develop their skills in ArchiCAD, BIM and execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the planning and realisation of architecturally demanding building projects
Development and further development of project, approval, working and execution plans
Creation, processing and maintenance of digital building models with BIM, preferably with ArchiCAD
Development and planning implementation of constructive details, component structures and material concepts
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Participation in tendering and submissions as well as preparation of the necessary plan and project documentation
Conducting plan and model checks to ensure high planning and execution quality
Consideration of relevant SIA standards, building regulations and construction technical requirements within the planning
Support of project management in the coordination of specialist planners, authorities and executing companies
Accompanying projects during the execution and realisation phase as well as handling planning issues arising from the construction site
Participation in various building typologies from the areas of residential, service, tourism and infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at ETH or FH level or comparable recognised university degree
Initial professional experience in a Swiss architectural office, especially in planning and execution
Good knowledge of CAD and 3D building planning, preferably with ArchiCAD
Experience with or strong professional interest in BIM and model-based planning
Knowledge in execution and detail planning as well as basic understanding of Swiss construction practice
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning processes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
