Fixed-term Sales Assistant - 100%

Aligro is an independent Swiss family business, comprising over 1,000 employees spread across 14 sales points in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. Our unique cash & carry concept in the country caters to restaurateurs, retailers, and private customers. We offer a warm welcome, competent and personalised advice, a wide range of 30,000 items, and more than 2,000 promotions every week.

We are looking for a motivated and available sales assistant at 100% to strengthen our sales team at our Aligro market in Chavannes-Renens until 31.12.2026.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise all our customers
• Continuously ensure the replenishment and monitoring of shelves and displays
• Master and organise stock management as well as inventories
• Control the quality and packaging of products
• Comply with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)

What you bring:

• Of legal age
• Valid work permit
• Availability at 100% until 31 December 2026
• Good physical condition (physically demanding work with a sustained pace)
• Flexible regarding working hours, including Saturdays
• Sociable and friendly attitude, with a positive mindset
• Previous professional experience in food retail or a commercial retail management apprenticeship diploma is a plus
