Fed Finance - Accounting and HR Manager

Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance roles

On behalf of one of our clients, an SME active in the finishing trades sector and based in the Nord Vaudois region, we are looking for an Accounting & HR Manager at 80-100% for a permanent position.

Your main duties will be as follows:

-Manage general accounting up to closing;
-Ensure monitoring of debtors and creditors;
-Manage cash flow;
-Ensure compliance with tax and social obligations;
-Prepare elements for external partners;
-Handle personnel administration;
-Manage salaries and social insurance;
-Monitor absences, holidays and employee files;
-Participate in the administrative and financial monitoring of the activity;
-Work directly with management on financial and HR matters.

Profile sought:

-Proven experience in a similar role
-Excellent command of Swiss accounting up to closing
-Experience in human resources and payroll management
-Experience in the construction or finishing trades sector essential
-Knowledge of A3, Baubit or similar tools is an advantage
-Autonomous, organised and rigorous personality
-Good interpersonal skills and a liking for SME environments
