Your profile

You hold a higher education qualification (e.g. HES health or social, MSP) or a university degree (psychology or neuropsychology for example).

You have a strong interest and significant experience in supporting people suffering from mental health disorders. You possess a good knowledge of the economic fabric and its constraints.

Endowed with excellent interpersonal, writing skills and an analytical mind, you are oriented towards creative and pragmatic solutions.

You particularly appreciate working in a network and ensure to consider everyone’s interests in order to converge towards a common goal.

Your mission

Your role consists of reintegrating people affected in their health by defining rehabilitation strategies and ensuring their implementation. You collaborate with companies and providers in the canton of Vaud, identify and develop professional projects adapted according to the legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries. You propose suitable measures (courses, training, reintegration, etc.) to improve their employability and write complex reports.

As a delegate to the RESSORT system, you contribute to the reintegration of people suffering from mental health disorders through job coaching for job search and retention or training. Integrated into the mobile psychiatric and clinical teams of Eastern Vaud, this position requires great autonomy and regular travel (workplaces, employers, partner institutions, etc.).
