YOUR TASKS

• For our new building project, you will play an important role in supporting commissioning, integral tests, acceptance procedures, etc. - both in building services and medical technology
• You coordinate deliveries and appointments with suppliers and manufacturers and maintain the system documentation in the CAFM
• As a technically skilled all-rounder, you are responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of various building services systems
• After thorough training, you will take responsibility for your own specialist areas such as building automation / electrical / medical technology as well as other building services systems
• You support the well-coordinated team in various other areas
• You participate in the on-call service at night and on weekends and can be at the clinic within approximately 20 minutes

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed technical training in one of the mentioned specialist areas
• Further training or experience in building automation, building technology, or as a maintenance technician is an advantage
• You are willing to familiarise yourself with areas less known to you
• You have already gained several years of professional experience
• You are very proficient with computers and speak fluent German
• You are a team player, work service-oriented, and appreciate daily customer contact
• Good analytical thinking, high resilience, and great flexibility complete your profile
