Responsible for the performance of the bus technical site, you lead the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, cleaning and logistics). You are accountable for the reliability, availability and safety of the fleet and production tools, as well as cost control throughout the vehicle lifecycle (LCC). You plan and prioritise maintenance work, whether internal or outsourced, according to defined instructions and operational needs, and ensure traceability in the ERP. You also oversee the commissioning of new vehicles, from technical reception to their integration into operations. A true conductor of the site, you recruit and develop your staff, organise resources and shifts, and participate in budget preparation and monitoring. Together with suppliers and the engineering department, you define corrective measures and evolve the fleet. Finally, you manage cleaning services and ensure the fleet’s image.

Holder of a technical Federal VET Certificate complemented by higher education in business administration or a degree in automotive and vehicle engineering, as well as team management training, you have at least 5 years of management experience and 5 years in road vehicle maintenance. Training or experience in project management enables you to lead projects rigorously from conception to completion. You are fully familiar with safety regulations, comfortable with ERP and Microsoft tools, and possess excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A heavy goods vehicle licence and knowledge of German or English are real assets.
