Architect Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Role:
You develop sophisticated construction projects creatively and accompany them from project design through execution to detailed planning. In doing so, you coordinate the various specialist planners and work closely with the external construction management to ensure a technically convincing and economical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Creative and conceptual development of sophisticated construction projects
Creation and processing of execution and detailed plans
Coordination and alignment with specialist planners, contractors and external construction management
Structuring and coordination of the various planning processes
Development of constructive and technically well-thought-out solutions
Ensuring a high quality of the planning and execution documents
Consideration of relevant standards, regulations and building laws
Support in project organisation and project management
Active collaboration with all specialist departments involved in the project
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
Experience in designing sophisticated construction projects
Strong technical and constructive understanding
Confident handling of relevant standards, regulations and building laws
Ability for conceptual thinking as well as structured organisation of planning processes
Professional experience with ArchiCAD and good knowledge in project management
Fluent German language skills spoken and written
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Communicative and team-oriented personality
