We are looking for a Cleaning / Facility Services Manager capable of combining hands-on leadership, a service mindset and strategic vision, to ensure the sustainable performance of our services and client satisfaction.

What awaits you

• Implement ISS's strategy and objectives
• Compliance with and monitoring of standards and guidelines defined by clients
• Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
• Responsibility for personnel management and supervision (scheduling, allocation of hours, recruitment, annual reviews, etc.)
• Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, budget control and management, etc.) of services delivered on the client site
• Responsibility for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, procedures and work processes and, where applicable, creation of these
• Propose, develop and implement improvements
• Primary contact for clients
• Participate in and monitor project control
• Coordinate subcontractors

What you bring

• Higher education in management, building technology or hospitality
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management (ideally) or in the service sector with similar responsibilities
• Proven and certified professional and managerial skills
• Excellent knowledge of soft services management (cleaning, concierge, reception...) and/or hard services (building technology HVAC/CVCSE, electricity...)
• Comfortable with numbers, financial management and strong analytical skills
• Very good oral and written French, good knowledge of English is an asset
• Proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with digital tools in general
• Planning and organisational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Communication skills and excellent speaker
• Strong team spirit
• Solution-oriented
