What you will do
- Cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils
- Independent execution of general cleaning tasks
- Support in plating dishes
- Compliance with ISO, HACCP and hygiene regulations
- Maintaining and documenting cleaning and tidying schedules

- At least one year of experience in communal catering and dishwashing kitchen
- Good German skills in speaking and understanding

To complete our motivated SV team in the restaurant of Empa/Eawag in Dübendorf, we are looking for you!
You and your team delight our guests daily with a diverse offer: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads and snacks as well as a sophisticated catering service for conferences and receptions.
Regular working hours mainly from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 apply. For occasional evening events (approx. 1-2 per month) you are available flexibly.
