For our Technology and Construction department with around 47 employees, we are looking for a committed individual as Space and Usage Manager for our Relocation and Space Management team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Who we are
Your tasks
- Space requirement planning (short- / medium-term), in collaboration with corporate development, controlling and the user representatives of the departments
- Developing and visualising an optimal space allocation, adhering to strategic guidelines, involving corporate development and user representatives of the departments
- Coordinating and communicating room allocations and room repurposing; monitoring implementation by the respective project managers and the relocation management
- Space analysis and controlling as well as maintenance of room and occupancy data in the CAFM/IWM system "Planon"; providing the basis for strategic space management
- Formulating requirements for the CAFM/IWM system "Planon" regarding work, usage space and real estate management; sub-project management in corresponding digitalisation projects
- Maintenance and updating of architectural and CAFM plans, as well as management of electronic and physical plan data
- Preparation of all relevant property data and reports, evaluations, overviews for various stakeholders
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education at HF level
- Several years of professional experience in CREM or workplace and space management of a company with a comparable, very heterogeneous real estate portfolio
- You work confidently in interdisciplinary teams and possess corresponding communication, coordination and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness towards various user groups
- High IT affinity and experience with databases and/or CAFM/IWM systems, as well as basic user knowledge of CAD, advantageous
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
- Professional experience in the hospital sector is an advantage
