We are looking for a passionate System Administrator / IT Specialist / Support All-rounder for our location in Zurich, who masters both the technical and interpersonal aspects. With us, you will be responsible for our state-of-the-art IT solutions and work with a small, well-coordinated team that is always focused on further developing and optimising our systems. Your Tasks
- As a System Administrator / IT Specialist / Support All-rounder, you will take responsibility for our client-server environment and coordinate all internal and external IT matters. You will provide comprehensive on-site support for our employees and ensure that our IT runs smoothly.
- Your exciting tasks include:
- You actively participate in the responsibility for our IT environment at multiple locations with Microsoft Server and VMWare.
- You take care of the administration of our client/server environment.
- You manage user administration with Active Directory, mail server (Exchange), database server (SQL), remote access (RDP), MDM (Blackberry), backup (Veeam), DMS (iManage/Sharepoint), ERP (Vertec), telephony/videoconferencing (Teams).
- You support our clients in the TCP/IP network (LAN/WAN).
- You assist our users with general questions and problems, carry out software implementations, and support industry solutions.
- You actively contribute to projects and evaluate new technologies.
Our Requirements
- To master this versatile role with a high degree of independence, you should enjoy direct contact with users, have a passion for IT, and possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Several years of relevant experience in the comprehensive support of an SME's IT infrastructure (on-premises)
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with further training to MCSA/MCITP, TS, IT specialist HF/FH
- You are an all-rounder and gladly take on responsibility.
- You have solid technical know-how in dealing with Microsoft servers and clients, LAN/WAN, hardware/software, VMWare, and basic knowledge of firewall configuration.
- You are motivated to be a communicative team player.
- You work independently and proactively.
- You place great value on customer satisfaction and are distinguished by your social skills.
- You are fluent in German.
