Socioprofessional Supervisor M/F for the Decoration Workshop
at a 100% activity rate
Mission
Within the Decoration Workshop, we design and manufacture handcrafted decorative objects for shop windows, events or sale.
Your role? To design projects adapted to the workers’ abilities, while ensuring their well-being and quality production.
Desired Profile
Diploma as a socioprofessional supervisor ES
Experience with adults with intellectual disabilities
Knowledge in socioprofessional support and the PPH model
Creative, meticulous and with a true sense of aesthetics
Patient, flexible and ready to work as part of a team
Technical skills in 2D and 3D (wood, paper, paint, etc.)
Good knowledge of computer tools such as Cameo and Fusion 360 software
