The Workshops Sector

has the mission to offer, based on the free market economy model, a professional environment that is rewarding and adapted to the abilities and needs of people with disabilities (intellectual disability). They allow Employees, according to their skills, to develop professional and social skills through training or production, as well as the acquisition of a worker identity.

We are looking for our workshop integrated into the COOP "?Le Câro Centre?" in Bulle:

Motivated to support around ten Employees with disabilities in carrying out their daily tasks within the store itself, you will have the mission:

The Role and Responsibilities

• Support and assist Employees in performing their activities within an inclusive workshop
• Meet requirements while considering the individual skills of Employees
• Ensure the quality of work
• Design, propose and implement means to overcome difficulties encountered by Employees
• Encourage and promote the integration of Employees within a large shopping centre
• Contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere within the team and the company
• Ensure the updating of administrative and organisational aspects related to supporting Employees
• Manage and participate in sector projects

The Profile

• Training as a Socio-professional Supervisor and/or Educator
• Ease in communication, interpersonal relationships and teamwork
• Strong interest in building an inclusive society and integrating people with disabilities into the labour market
• You are comfortable with common IT tools, possess good writing and analytical skills.
• Follow and keep up to date the administrative and organisational tasks related to the position

You have successfully practised your profession for several years with people with disabilities. Open-minded and comfortable in contacts, you are interested and convinced by this work environment, and ready to fully commit to it.
