A varied position in the field of IT infrastructure offers the opportunity to support customers in planning and implementing modern system solutions. We are looking for a technically skilled individual with solid experience in Microsoft environments, virtualisation, and network technology.
In addition to technical consulting, the role includes implementing systems and applications as well as their ongoing support. The role is suitable for an independent person who enjoys practical work and translates diverse customer requirements into sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Determining customer requirements and advising on the selection of suitable IT solutions
Planning, installation, and operation of client, server, and LAN infrastructures
Support and further development of Microsoft-based system environments
Implementation of application solutions with Terminal Services and Citrix technologies
Administration, support, and maintenance of the deployed systems
Support in the integration of virtualisation, network, and other infrastructure components
Qualifications:
Basic IT training with advanced Microsoft or Citrix certifications advantageous
Ideally further training as an IT technician HF/TS or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience with Microsoft client and server infrastructures
Experience with server virtualisation as well as knowledge of Exchange and SQL servers desirable
Good knowledge of network technologies such as LAN/WLAN, WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP as well as interest in mobile computing
Good German language skills, strong customer orientation, and a solution-oriented working style
