Role:

On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the planning and realisation of demanding heat and energy projects with a focus on sustainable and ecological supply solutions. You will be responsible for new build and renovation projects from technical conception through planning and realisation to commissioning and operational optimisation. The focus is on modern heat generation systems, energy-efficient systems, and innovative technologies for a long-term reliable heat supply. You will work closely with specialists from operations, control technology, and building technology and accompany the systems throughout their entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, and realising demanding heat and energy systems for new build and renovation projects

• Developing heat supply concepts considering energy efficiency, economic viability, and long-term operational reliability

• Designing sustainable heat generation systems, for example with heat pumps, renewable energies, and ecological heat solutions

• Responsibility for technical project management from the concept phase through tendering and realisation to commissioning

• Creating and evaluating technical concepts, dimensioning, tender documents, and investment costs

• Technical coordination of HVAC, hydraulics, measurement, control and regulation technology (MSRL) as well as coordination of relevant interfaces

• Supporting renovations, system modernisations, and replacement investments of existing heat supply systems

• Analysing operational data and energetic and hydraulic optimisation of existing systems during ongoing operation

• Collaboration with planning offices, suppliers, installation companies, and internal specialist departments during project implementation

• Conducting and supporting acceptance tests, functional tests, and commissioning as well as ensuring complete system documentation

• Introducing new technologies and energy concepts for the continuous development of sustainable heat supply solutions

Qualifications:

• Technical basic training EFZ in building technology, for example as a building services planner heating or comparable field

• Advanced technical training as Technician HF Building Technology, engineer FH or comparable further education with a focus on HVAC/Energy

• Several years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of heat, heating, or energy systems

• Sound knowledge in heating technology, hydraulics, heat generation, and energy-efficient building technology systems

• Experience with heat pumps, renewable heat technologies, and MSRL/control technology is an advantage

• Knowledge in design, tendering, commissioning, and operational optimisation of building technology systems

• Very good German language skills
