Construction Manager Industrial Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a construction manager and have already gained experience in this field. In this role, you take on a versatile range of tasks and have the opportunity to further develop your skills. You are responsible for your projects and have the freedom to organise your work independently. You have the chance to work in a young and motivated team and benefit from modern infrastructure and good training opportunities. Responsibilities:
- You organise the construction site in residential, industrial, commercial, and renovation projects and monitor costs, deadlines, and quality
- In this role, you coordinate planners and contractors
- As a construction manager, you supervise the local site management and actively control the construction work
- You conduct tenders, oversee the awarding process, and manage the construction accounting
- In this role, you take over the handover and commissioning of the construction
- You support or take on project management as needed
Qualifications:
- You have a federal diploma as a construction manager, training as a civil engineering technician HF, or a draughtsman EFZ architecture with site management experience
- You understand plans and have a good cost awareness
- You are confident in dealing with SIA standards, laws, and regulations
- You have good IT user skills
- You are characterised by reliability, conscientiousness, resilience, and teamwork
