Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the cleaning team
- Ensuring and compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Active participation in the operational daily business in the areas of preparation, dishwashing and cleaning
- Organisation, coordination and supervision of daily workflows
- Ensuring proper handling of infrastructure, equipment and work materials
- Contributing and implementing improvement proposals to optimise workflows, quality and efficiency
- Identifying deviations and promptly initiating appropriate corrective measures
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in cleaning, dishwashing or a comparable area
- Good knowledge of hygiene regulations in handling food
- Experience in managing employees
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- High resilience and stamina as well as good physical condition
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
