Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

The company supports its customers from technical consulting through implementation to commissioning, relying on precise solutions and high product quality.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a technical-commercial role in the field of electrical connection solutions. You support sales partners with demanding customer applications and ensure that technical information, suitable product variants, and commercial fundamentals are available.
Responsibilities:
Support sales partners in assessing technical application cases and involve internal specialists if necessary
Prepare individual product configurations and sales documents for specific customer requirements
Process technical and commercial enquiries and develop appropriate solution approaches
Coordinate the availability of spare parts and application-specific aids
Provide product samples and other demonstration materials for customer consultations
Assist with customer visits and technical presentations
Coordinate information between sales, technical departments, and other internal units
Qualifications:
Technical vocational training or commercial qualification with a technical background
Interest in electrotechnical products and their practical application
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Confident use of Microsoft Office
Quick comprehension and enjoyment in solving technical issues
Quality-conscious, reliable, and independent working style
Customer-oriented manner and strong team spirit
Resilience and high initiative
