Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for project management and engineering of service, conversion, and modernisation projects in the HVAC environment. You will handle service orders from technical analysis through calculation and component design to complete order processing. A focus lies on the design of fans, heat exchangers, and silencers as well as the creation of system drawings and technical execution documents. In this interface function, you will work closely with service, sales, purchasing, project management, and production and accompany customer-specific solutions through to implementation.
Responsibilities:
Technical processing of service orders, conversions, modernisations, and complaints
Independent project management and order processing of service and conversion projects
Execution of engineering, technical calculations, and variant checks using specialised software
Dimensioning and technical design of fans, heat exchangers, silencers, and other HVAC components
Creation and revision of system drawings, technical schematics, and data sheets
Development of complete execution and manufacturing documents for customers, workshop, and production
Technical clarification of system, component, and interface issues in existing systems
Creation of technical specifications for external material and component procurement
Support of technical purchasing in supplier selection, offer evaluation, and material procurement
Coordination of deadlines, costs, technical requirements, and delivery scopes within service projects
Technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and external partners
Close collaboration with service, sales, engineering, project management, purchasing, and production
Qualifications:
Degree as FH Engineer in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering, HF Technician in Building Services or comparable technical education
Several years of experience in planning, engineering, and technical project management
Solid knowledge in HVAC technology and component design, especially in ventilation
Experience with technical calculation and CAD software as well as the creation of execution documents
Experience with industrial, plant construction, or production projects is an advantage
Knowledge in technical procurement and order processing is an advantage
Good to very good German language skills spoken and written
