Our client, a Swiss medtech company with a long tradition at the heart of the Swiss Microtech Valley, has been developing, manufacturing and distributing innovative endodontic instruments and systems worldwide for nearly a century. We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive individual to develop the quality system, manage quality projects and ensure quality in production and the supply chain. Region: Jura Neuchâtelois | Rate: 80%-100%.

Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Development of the QMS (ISO 13485, MDR) and maintenance of certifications
- Management of quality projects: QMS adaptations, process validations and CAPA
- Conducting internal and supplier audits
- Coordination of non-conformities (internal/suppliers) and handling of complaints
- Document control, control plans, risk management, data analysis and KPIs
- Contact person for customers, suppliers and internal departments on quality issues
- Training employees on regulatory and QMS requirements
- Collaboration with engineering/production to solve problems and improve processes
Your profile:
- Degree in natural sciences or engineering (HES/ETH/EPFL/Uni)
- At least 8–10 years of experience in medical device quality management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485:2016, MDR (EU) 2017/745, 21 CFR Part 820 and MDSAP
- Proficiency in statistical methods (process control, control and sampling plans)
- Experience with an eQMS combined with training/studies in microbiology is an asset.
- Analytical, pragmatic, proactive and rigorous mindset, with a strong team spirit
- Very good knowledge of French and English
