BESM SA is a human-sized HVAC consulting firm based in Granges-près-Marnand. With over 30 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland, the firm designs, plans, and implements technical installations and concepts related to the building and industrial sectors.
To strengthen their team and support the development of their activities, we are looking for a:
HES Engineer – HVAC Project Manager 100%
Your mission
- Manage HVAC projects from A to Z
- Develop and elaborate HVAC concepts
- Perform calculations and sizing of installations
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations
- Ensure overall project coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and other building trades
- Prepare tender documents
- Plan and monitor the various project stages, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and costs
- Oversee execution works
- Provide your expertise and propose relevant technical solutions tailored to the needs of each project
Your profile
- HES engineering degree with experience in building HVAC-MCR technology (S)
- About 10 years of experience in HVAC and project management
- Excellent command of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning techniques
- Good knowledge of building physics
- Good command of AutoCAD and Lesosai
- Proficiency in Revit is an asset
- Experience in project coordination and ability to work independently with various stakeholders
- Initiative and strong interest in technical developments in the building sector
- Sense of responsibility, rigour, and ability to manage priorities
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and partners
- Team spirit and solution-oriented approach
