Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge in your career as an accounting specialist. In this role, you take responsibility in accounting and contribute your skills and experience. You are responsible for the correct and timely handling of accounting processes. With your professional level of experience, you are well equipped to master complex tasks. You are an important part of the team and help ensure that finances are managed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage the financial and property accounting
- In this role, you oversee all payment transactions and the processing of direct debits (LSV)
- As an accounting specialist, you independently manage the accounting of a foundation
- You control and process the creditor process in the digital workflow
- In this role, you are responsible for debtor and rent collection
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and prepare for audits
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, such as a professional certificate, or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in independently managing accounting up to the annual financial statement
- You have gained experience in property accounting
- You have sound knowledge of VAT, payroll accounting and social security
- You are analytical and data-oriented with a strong affinity for numbers
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
