The Swiss Cinematheque,

A private law foundation based in Lausanne, has the mission to:

• collect and preserve cinematographic archives, regardless of their origin
• ensure the growth, conservation, restoration and enhancement of its collections
• establish a national museum and a cinematographic study centre
• serve the public interest

The Human Resources department of the Swiss Cinematheque is looking for a:

Your tasks within the Human Resources sector:

• File, archive and scan personnel file elements
• Respond to various requests (information about a position, applications, certificates, interview confirmations)
• Participate in the publication of job offers and the sorting of applications
• Assist in organising job interviews (schedule, invitations)
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of candidate files
• Receive candidates, answer the phone and manage the dedicated human resources email inbox.
• Prepare HR communication materials
• Participate in projects

Your profile:

• School leaving certificate
• Proficiency in spoken and written French
• Good knowledge of German and/or English is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• Methodical mindset and organisational skills
• Curiosity and initiative
