Payroll Expert (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Role:
The company operates in the fiduciary and financial services sector and supports businesses as well as private individuals with accounting, taxes, payroll administration and business management issues.
Employees can expect a personal working environment with direct customer contact, varied assignments and short decision-making paths. Independence, trust and professional development are paramount.
Responsibilities:
You reliably handle the monthly payroll processes for various mandates.
You provide advisory support to clients on questions regarding payroll, personnel administration and social insurance.
You are responsible for changes with the relevant social insurance providers and prepare the associated annual statements.
Preparing salary certificates and insurance documents as well as coordinating with external bodies also fall within your remit.
By creating evaluations and statistics, you support a transparent data basis.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
You have already gained several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector or in HR.
You are confident in using digital applications and have a strong IT affinity.
Your very good Excel and MS Office skills are particularly beneficial in your daily work.
You communicate fluently in German and have very good written and oral expression skills.
