Your Tasks
- IT Projects: You develop future-proof IT infrastructures and implement them in exciting projects for new and existing customers.
- Customer Support: You are the trusted contact person, advise customers on modern technologies, train users and support them in exploiting the full potential of their IT.
- Installation & Configuration: You take Microsoft server landscapes on-premises and in the cloud to the next level - installation, configuration and optimisation are part of your daily routine.
- Support in the Mission Control Team: You support ongoing operations and promote the development of our junior colleagues.
Our Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (system technology/platform development)
- At least 3 years of practical experience, ideally with an IT service provider
- Experience in independently implementing IT projects
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Enjoyment of customer contact and consulting
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Very good German and English skills
