IT Service Engineer (m/f/d)

You coordinate technical customer projects on site and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Before installation, you analyse the environment and design suitable IT concepts.
You take care of the setup and interaction of networks, systems, and devices.
You approach technical faults methodically and reliably find the root of the problem.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in IT support and a completed computer science education.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and network protocols.
Troubleshooting, user management, and hardware configuration are part of your daily routine.
You speak fluent German and are mobile with a category B driving licence.
