Where construction site, office and customers come together, a personality is needed who is organised, thinks ahead and keeps an overview.

For our client, an established company in the construction and craft sector, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality for the administrative support of site management.

Do you have commercial experience in a construction, craft or commercial business and appreciate a varied role with short decision-making paths? Then this position could be just right for you.

Tasks

• Administrative support of site managers in daily business
• First point of contact at reception, on the phone and by e-mail
• Preparation of offer and tender documents
• Invoicing and billing according to specifications
• Management and administration of project documents
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Profile

• Commercial training related to the construction or craft environment
• Alternatively training as a draughtsperson with office experience or as a technical commercial clerk
• Motivated returnees are also welcome
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of the construction software Sorba is a great advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• A positive attitude and a healthy sense of humour
