IT Specialist M365 (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Activity in the area of Service Operations with a focus on Event, Incident, Problem and Access Management
Participation in Risk Management and IT Security
Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as knowledge management
Leadership and participation in IT projects to further develop the IT environment
Active shaping of digitalisation and its further development
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft Office and experience in the M365 environment (Teams, Entra ID, Automation, Power Tools)
Networked thinking, high service orientation and pronounced self-organisation
Proactive, flexible and reliable working style with openness to new topics
Very good German language skills spoken and written
