For our ROCKEN partner, a company located in Baden, we are looking for a committed professional for the accounting area in energy trading starting immediately. You will take responsibility for managing the general ledgers and contribute to the preparation of financial statements. In a dynamic environment, you actively apply your expertise and benefit from diverse development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You actively participate in the daily bookkeeping of debtors and creditors in the energy sector as well as in dunning processes
You regularly prepare the netting settlement, handle invoicing, and process payment runs
You support the preparation of periodic financial statements according to Swiss GAAP/IFRS including reporting and intercompany reconciliations
You contribute to operational tax matters (VAT returns, tax declarations, calculation of periodic accruals, deferred taxes)
You optimise processes and ensure internal controls
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or business administration education with a focus on finance/accounting
You possess solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting as well as tax matters
You have very good Excel skills and experience with SAP; ideally also with Tagetik
You work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured manner
You are communicative and team-oriented
You speak very good German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
