Team Leader Specialist in Integration (M/F)
You will perform a mixed role, combining direct support of beneficiaries and operational coordination of the service as well as leading the team of integration specialists.
Main missions
Integration support – approximately 60%
- Coordination, monitoring and organisation of support and integration measures (AI, DGEM, MIS-RI)
- Assessment of professional reintegration potential, identification of resources and obstacles
- Mobilisation and support of the beneficiary in achieving their professional project
- Conducting socio-professional assessments and writing reports
- Administrative management of tasks related to the activity
- Close collaboration with social and economic partners
Service responsibility – approximately 40%
- Supervise the team of integration specialists and ensure its management: skills development, setting objectives, evaluations, monitoring absences and daily support
- Organise and lead the team’s weekly work sessions: Polyval and market trends, round table, ongoing projects and information sharing
- Coordinate and distribute referrals and files, then ensure proper follow-up of measures regarding deadlines, quality, documentation and care
- Collaborate with the Evaluation and Orientation service to ensure coordinated support for trainees
- Define, implement and monitor activity, quality and performance indicators useful for managing and continuously improving the service
Required qualities
- At least three years of proven experience in leading a team of about 7 people, as well as in developing and maintaining a network of partner companies
- Unifying leadership and diplomacy, with the ability to put skills at the service of the team, value everyone’s contributions and manage complex situations
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and unforeseen events with calm and responsiveness, as well as to adapt flexibly and openly to organisational changes
- Ability to uphold the Foundation’s orientations and act loyally in the collective interest, prioritising the team’s success
- Humility, listening, discretion and collaborative spirit, with the ability to welcome different viewpoints and self-reflect. Solution-oriented approach, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, combined with excellent writing ability
