Responsibilities

Depending on the position and speciality, tasks may include:

• Welcoming and caring for patients

• Managing telephone calls and the schedule

• Administrative management of patient files

• Preparation of consultations

• Assisting the doctor during consultations and examinations

• Blood sampling and specimen collection

• Injections and care according to skills

• Measuring vital signs

• Performing medical-technical examinations and procedures according to the position

• Preparation and management of medical equipment

• Disinfection and compliance with hygiene standards

• Stock management

• Coordination with doctors and various stakeholders

• Administrative and medical secretarial tasks
