Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef (M/F/D)

Are you passionate about the culinary arts and enjoy working at the heart of the action in a dynamic kitchen? We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join one of our partners in the Chablais region.

Your tasks:

• Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, slicing vegetables, meats and fish)

• Participate in the preparation of cold and hot dishes according to the Chef's instructions

• Ensure careful plating and quality of the dishes

• Maintain cleanliness, organise the kitchen and strictly adhere to hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Receive and check goods upon delivery

Your profile:

• Training in catering (AFP, CFC or equivalent) or proven experience in a kitchen

• You are dynamic, stress-resistant and enjoy teamwork

• You demonstrate rigour, cleanliness and good organisation

• Flexibility to work split shifts and weekends

• Driving licence and vehicle, an advantage depending on location
