Interior Architect for High-End Interior Fit-Out and Practice Construction (m/f/d)

Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a (Interior) Architect / Project Manager for high-quality interior fit-out and practice projects. You will take on the overall responsibility from planning to final implementation, combining design expertise with technical understanding and professional site management. The focus is on demanding interior fit-outs, practice and commercial spaces, as well as bespoke joinery solutions. You will manage costs, schedules and quality, coordinate all project participants and act as the central contact person for clients and partners. There is potential to take on additional leadership responsibilities up to department management in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Overall project management of demanding interior fit-out and practice construction projects

• Accompany projects from concept and planning through to realisation and handover

• Development and elaboration of functional and aesthetically high-quality space and fit-out concepts

• Independent site management and coordination of execution

• Responsibility for costs, schedules, quality and project progress

• Coordination of clients, specialist planners, craftsmen, suppliers and internal departments

• Collaboration with the internal joinery workshop and other execution specialists

• Creation and coordination of execution, detail and working plans

• Conducting project, construction and coordination meetings

• Cost planning and control according to BKP

• Support of offer, awarding and billing processes

• Ensuring compliance with Swiss building regulations, quality standards and project-specific requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree as Interior Architect FH/HF, Architect FH or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in project and/or site management in high-end interior fit-out

• Experience with practice, commercial or demanding interior fit-out projects is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction processes and building regulations

• Good knowledge of the BKP cost system

• Experience in cost, schedule and quality management

• CAD skills, especially Vectorworks, are an advantage

• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
