Exciting tasks await:

• You shape the areas of Data Governance and Open Data and build a lively Data Community together with internal stakeholders.
• You influence the further development of the Administrative Data unit and deputise for the management in daily business, committees and joint projects.
• You take on the substantive responsibility for the cantonal data catalogue and support the departments in recording and continuously updating their metadata.
• Together with specialist and IT partners, you ensure a stable, future-oriented operation of the required IT infrastructure.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in a data-related environment (e.g. Data Governance, data modelling or Open Data), ideally in the public sector
• You think strategically, implement pragmatically and can reliably bring projects across the finish line together with different stakeholders.
• With a confident manner, high initiative and an open, independent working style, you take responsibility.
• You communicate clearly, understandably and appropriately for the audience both in writing and orally and can make complex data topics tangible for a wide range of target groups.
• A university degree at master’s level related to a relevant field – such as data, digitalisation, information management or administrative sciences
