? About our client

Our client is an established Spitex organisation in the Zurich region, specialising in professional home care and support for people in their familiar environment. As a Health Specialist FaGe (m/f/d), you are close to people every day – with real impact and a lot of personal responsibility. ?

? Your tasks

• ? Basic home care and support for clients with everyday activities such as personal hygiene and mobilisation
• ? Promotion of independence through activating and resource-oriented support in daily life
• ? Assistance with medication intake as well as observation and communication of health-relevant changes
• ? Careful documentation of services provided according to the Spitex organisation’s guidelines
• ? Independent route planning and responsible home visits to various clients
• ? Close collaboration with relatives, nursing professionals and other specialist agencies

? Your profile

• ? Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent recognised qualification
• ?? Willingness to travel by e-bike or car – both means of transport are provided free of charge by the employer
• ? Empathy and enjoyment in working with people in their personal living environment
• ? Independent, reliable working style and high personal responsibility
• ? Good communication skills in dealing with clients and their relatives
• ? Very good German language skills spoken and written
