As a customer relations agent, you manage customer requests and complaints by phone, providing solutions tailored to each situation.
The Customer Service unit develops and implements an efficient, attractive and innovative support approach for private customers, self-employed artisans, and B2B clients. It aims for satisfaction and loyalty through a high-performing and personalised relationship, regardless of the communication channel, ensuring comprehensive management of requests and complaints.

In your role, you will be expected to:
- Advise customers taking into account their needs and expectations;
- Promote products and services by directing customers towards digital solutions and the Electricity range during incoming calls;
- Support customers to encourage more responsible consumption behaviours;
- Analyse and resolve situations by conducting necessary research and investigations;
- Ensure the updating and reliability of customer data.
Your personality and skills
With a positive team spirit and an excellent sense of service, you maintain quality relationships with your contacts. Recognised for your customer orientation, you demonstrate rigour, organisation and analytical ability allowing you to quickly identify solutions adapted to encountered situations. You know how to manage your priorities effectively and handle varied contexts with confidence.
You master telephone interview techniques and have a strong oral fluency. Your writing skills are solid and you show a developed sense of negotiation as well as sales technique abilities.
Specific points
Ideally, you have good knowledge of English and/or German, or another language.
Your academic background
You hold a professional maturity certificate, a commercial employee CFC, a customer relations agent diploma, or an equivalent qualification. A first experience in a customer service, notably through an internship or apprenticeship, is an asset.
