Clerk: Purchasing & Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operational processing and handling of orders in national and international purchasing
Obtaining and comparing offers as well as supporting supplier negotiations
Maintenance and management of supplier, article and purchasing master data
Monitoring delivery dates, order confirmations and product availability
Coordination with suppliers, logistics, warehouse and internal specialist departments
Handling delivery delays, complaints and discrepancies
Support in inventory planning and optimisation of stock levels
Monitoring and coordination of goods flows within the supply chain
Taking on export activities
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training
Professional experience in purchasing / supply chain management
Good organisational skills and a structured, independent way of working
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
Good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented working style
