Your mission and responsibilities
- Organise the reception and support of children while ensuring a quality service that complies with current standards.
- Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the educational project of the care facility and institution.
- Develop and implement educational actions in line with the educational project.
- Support and supervise the activities of interns, apprentices, ASE and assistants.
- Create a group dynamic favourable to the awakening, development and socialisation of children.
- Ensure the formalisation and transmission of information to families.
- Collaborate in the preparation and facilitation of information and exchange meetings with the children’s representatives.
Your profile
- Hold a recognised childcare educator diploma.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, enthusiasm, openness and kindness.
- Show strong listening skills, good stress management and ease in communication.
