We are looking for an experienced civil engineer as Project Manager Structural Engineering 60-100% (m/f/d) for our committed and ambitious team in the field of structural engineering in Bern.

Your area of responsibility

• Management of diverse projects in structural engineering with a focus on new buildings and building preservation in structural engineering

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with adjacent specialist areas such as geotechnics, hydraulic engineering and landfill construction

• Independent execution of static calculations using modern planning methods (BIM, BIM2Field)

• Coordination of projects with clients, architects and other specialist planners

• Responsibility for managing projects in terms of deadlines, quality and costs

• Coaching and professional support of our project engineers

• Participation in the acquisition of new projects and competitions

Your profile

• Completed civil engineering degree ETH/FH/TU

• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in project management or a comparable function

• Experience in applying SIA standards or Eurocodes (EC)

• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork

• Independent, solution-oriented working style, openness to new ideas and enjoyment of a collegial working environment

• Strong interest in sustainability and willingness to implement these principles in projects

• Good to very good German skills (at least level B2, ideally C1 or higher); other languages advantageous

• Interest in professional development and openness to new methods and technologies
