YOUR TASKS
in Perioperative Medicine
- You will optimally prepare patients for the upcoming surgery or anaesthesia and coordinate necessary measures.
- You will organise and coordinate patient records and assessments in close collaboration with general practitioners and attending physicians.
- You will perform relevant checks and treatments within the framework of Patient Blood Management, including iron infusions as prescribed by a doctor.
- You will plan, organise and accompany anaesthesia consultations.
- You will take on administrative tasks and be the first point of contact for questions regarding anaesthesia.
in the Acute Pain Service
- You will care for patients with acute and chronic pain in the perioperative setting.
- You will independently plan, conduct and evaluate pain rounds and support the adjustment of pain therapy.
- You will work closely with anaesthetists and attending physicians.
- You will advise and support nursing staff on pain therapy issues.
- You will conduct training sessions and ensure high-quality pain treatment according to current standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a Certified Nurse Specialist HF with at least five years of professional experience in acute care.
- Experience in a monitoring or intensive care unit is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have further training in pain management or are willing to complete it.
- You convince with strong communication skills, independence, assertiveness and teamwork.
- You have good IT skills as well as very good German and English skills.
