For our ROCKEN partner, a leading company in instrumental chemical analytics with over 3,000 employees worldwide and presence in over 100 countries, we are looking for a committed, analytically strong, and proactive individual for the finance department at the headquarters in Herisau. You will be involved in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as management reporting and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of financial processes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the further development of the finance organisation.
Responsibilities:
You participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as management reporting
You analyse, reconcile, and continuously develop financial processes
You create, maintain, and further develop financial evaluations and reports
You contribute to cross-departmental projects as well as finance projects
You conduct ad-hoc analyses and business evaluations
You actively support the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the further implementation of Swiss GAAP FER
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting (FH, HF or professional certificate)
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, especially in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
You demonstrate a high affinity for processes and IT as well as an interest in digital financial processes
You work analytically, structured, and precisely
You are an independent, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit
