Together with a motivated services team, you are responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the in-house cloud services
You ensure the smooth operation and monitoring of the services, including fault analysis and resolution in the area of 3rd-level support
You proactively shape the further development of the workplace services with your team, focusing on the customer experience
Furthermore, you design, implement and introduce new service products, starting with the requirements analysis through implementation to operation and the end of the lifecycle
Qualifications:
You have a completed technical education or a comparable qualification
You have solid knowledge of virtualised environments and experience working with them
You bring project experience in the cloud or workplace area, especially with Citrix and Windows servers
Your proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented working style enables you to create innovative solutions
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
