You are looking for a challenge where you can apply your accounting skills and at the same time help shape a central area in a dynamically growing corporate group. In this role, you take responsibility for the further development of accounting and shape key topics such as consolidation, reporting, and standardised processes. You work closely with various companies, optimise existing workflows, and create reliable structures for accounting and financial management. Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the annual financial statements of all group companies according to Swiss GAAP and contribute to the monthly and quarterly financial statements
- In this role, you build the group consolidation across several consolidation circles and subsequently manage it in ongoing operations
- As Head of Accounting, you lead the introduction of a consolidation and reporting tool with responsibility for budget, schedule, and management of the implementation partner
- You are responsible for integrating the accounting of newly acquired companies into the chart of accounts, processes, and system landscape
- In this role, you optimise internal accounting processes and further develop the internal control system
- You lead the accounting team of 2 employees both professionally and personally and develop it further
Qualifications:
- You have a Swiss federal diploma as an expert in accounting and controlling or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of experience in group accounting with multiple companies
- You have leadership experience as well as experience in optimising and automating financial processes in a multi-company structure
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations, VAT, and corporate tax law
- You have experience with consolidation software
- You work in a structured and resilient manner with a pronounced hands-on mentality
