IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Analysis and handling of support requests at first and second level – including escalation if necessary
Support for onboarding and offboarding through technical preparation and follow-up
Solution-oriented collaboration with specialist departments and IT teams
Ensuring service quality through process improvement and targeted automation
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for internal knowledge management
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
Experience with various operating systems such as iOS, Windows, macOS and Android
Familiar with SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Jira
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
